The Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council (LSOHC) is charged with making annual recommendations to the Minnesota Legislature for appropriations from the Outdoor Heritage Fund (OHF). The Council currently estimates approximately $130 million will be available for appropriation recommendations from the OHF in fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).
