Description: This 2nd joint training led by Lawyers for Good Government (L4GG) and co-hosted by the Minnesota TA Collaborative and Great Plains Institute will provide a 101 and 201 on elective pay for Minnesota communities, including demystifying the filing process, how to receive technical assistance, and resources to leverage including L4GG’s Clean Energy Clinic/Hub, which will launch on July 15th. The training is our MN TA Collaborative participants and local government staff – including sustainability professionals, energy managers, finance officers, and attorneys – and technical assistance providers that support local governments and other tax-exempt entities that are eligible for elective pay.There will be time for Q&A with L4GG staff. This is a 90-minute training that begins at 2:30 PM CST. Registration is required.
