MN DEED Small Cities Development Program - preliminary proposals due Nov. 26
Cities with fewer than 50,000 residents or counties and townships with unincorporated populations under 200,000 can apply. Projects must primarily benefit low- to moderate-income households and may include: (1) housing rehabilitation (owner-occupied or rental) (2) commercial building rehab (3) public facility improvements (e.g., water, sewer, streetscapes), and/or (4) disaster recovery efforts when other funding isn’t available.
